|Recommended: YesI love living here office staff is amazing and so is maintenance they are very helpful and kind. They also office staff does a lot of activities with the residents like raffles to win prizes and food like pizza, walking taco’s. It the best place to live. It also is very convenient to get to the school only a 5 min walk or the bus comes every 30 mins to pick you up to take you to the school.

|Recommended: YesThe manager Diana is an amazing manger she always puts students before herself.And treats them like family.The Fixer uppers Dave and Lucas also try there best to fix the problem or issue as fast as possible.Kayla is an amazing leaser.She showed me the complex and helped me move in.I wouldn’t have rented an apartment if it wasn’t for those people

|Recommended: YesOverall Good — The only complaints I have are that the maintenance staff tends to mark jobs complete even if they didn't do them so then we have to write another maintenance request. There are also a lot of flaws with the building like cracks and a lot of chipped paint, a lot of structural flaws. the outside of the buildings are gross, just need to be cleaned. The staff in the office on the other hand is very friendly and super helpful. Overall not a bad place to live, but If I had a choice I would live somewhere else.

|Recommended: YesReview — This is a nice place to be in..... some apartments are nicer and cleaner than others but if you get a clean room then you are fine. Cass and Dave are also amazing and have been super helpful since we moved in.

|Recommended: YesI have been living here for a couple years now and have seen this place go through a lot of changes. The staff treats you like family and is always willing to help. The new Amazon drop boxes are amazing no more worrying about packages sitting at your door or needing the office to be open to pick up your packages. A lot of great amenities available for amazing rates. Highly recommend this for students who want something nicer in Shippensburg without overpaying.

|Recommended: YesI moved in this past June and the staff have been wonderful to me. My room has a brand new bedroom set and they are replacing our older appliances with brand new appliances. I highly recommend living here if you are a new student.
